What you'll do:

  • Lead the comprehensive transformation of commercial operations by managing the transition from an export model to a fully functional subsidiary, including detailed planning, execution, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement robust commercial strategies that align with global objectives while being tailored specifically to the unique conditions of the Vietnamese market.
  • Drive the establishment of advanced supply chain solutions such as 4PL logistics, central warehousing, consignment models, and enablement of e-commerce platforms for optimal distribution efficiency.
  • Oversee all aspects of commercial activity including sales management, marketing initiatives, medical engagement programmes, and digital operations to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Ensure effective channel management by coordinating activities across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, health & beauty stores, wholesalers, and online platforms for maximum market penetration.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance rigorously to guarantee alignment with revenue targets and EBIT goals while identifying areas for optimisation.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture a high-performing cross-functional team comprising Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing professionals, Medical experts, and Support staff.
