Our client is seeking a Senior Revenue Management Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue and profit growth across the brand portfolio. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with various teams, including commerce, marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring alignment on pricing strategies and business goals.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Revenue Management Manager, your primary focus will be developing effective pricing strategies that enhance revenue growth. You'll leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex market data, making informed recommendations for optimal pricing. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams within the organisation, ensuring alignment on business goals. You'll also lead crucial pricing discussions with external partners, maintaining our competitive positioning in the market. Overseeing the entire value chain from production to customer delivery will fall under your purview as you identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue and profit growth
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities for optimal pricing recommendations
  • Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies based on data insights and business objectives
  • Work closely with the Commerce Team on Pricing, Promotion, Assortment initiatives
  • Lead pricing discussions and negotiations with external partners to maintain competitive positioning
  • Oversee the value chain from production to end-customer for efficiency and profitability
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and price adjustments along the value chain
  • Maintain understanding of different pricing segments and tailor strategies accordingly
  • Identifying new ways of working and innovative approaches to pricing

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in pricing management, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies.
  • Experience in value chain management and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  • Adaptability & Creativity: Willingness to embrace change and explore new approaches to pricing supported by creative marketing insights
