What you'll do:

As a Business Operations/ Excellence Manager (SEA), you will be at the heart of operational excellence—working alongside diverse teams to develop robust scorecards, design impactful reports, and streamline processes that underpin business success. • Support the creation and implementation of scorecards across sales teams and sourcing regions to effectively track performance indicators and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Assist in designing and developing detailed sales reports for key stakeholders by summarising complex data sets and highlighting essential trends for strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of systems and processes that collect, analyse, and interpret sales data by leveraging advanced tools such as Qlik Sense and Salesforce.
• Identify gaps or errors in reporting and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance and IT to resolve issues efficiently and enhance data accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes within the sales organisation by proactively suggesting enhancements based on thorough analysis.
• Provide comprehensive support to Business Operation & Sales Teams through customer data analysis, rebate analysis, new programme ROI assessments, and accurate sales forecasting.
• Design ad-hoc reports tailored to specific sales initiatives using available metrics, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights for business growth.
• Lead the formulation and review of sales targets, manage the measurement process for target achievement (SIP), and address related enquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Participate in ad hoc projects focused on system reviews, offering valuable input for system enhancements that enable more granular programme-level analysis for sales teams.
