An exciting E-Commerce Manager position has become available at one of the the major retail companies in Ho Chi Minh City.
About the E-Commerce Manager Role:
The E-Commerce Manager will be reporting to the Head of Sales and Operations to lead the digital channels development and online sales. This role will be perfect for an individual who wants to take their career to the next level.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for E-Commerce strategic direction for retail outright and marketplace
- Handle end to end E-Commerce process, setting the sales target, build operations process for web and customer service
- Research and analyse trends in sales and consumer behaviours
- Alignment with internal team (marketing, shopper, finance, logistic) and develop strategic partnership with E-Commerce partners
- In charge of sales KPI, conversion rate, average order value, etc.
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- Exposure E-Commerce platform (Tiki, Lazada, Shopee)/business is highly preferred
- Minimum three years' experience in E-Commerce
- Exposure in digital and marketing
- Possess a minimum of Bachelor's degree or relevant
- Exposure to merchandising & brand communication aspects is essential
- Proficient at evaluating current business retail practices
- University degree in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management and relevant qualification
- Ability to write well and generate reports on market activity
- Ability to think from a consumer perspective and understand buying behavior. Analytical, creative, and goal-driven thinking.
