An exciting Group Product Manager job has arisen in a leading medical group in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the Group Product Manager Role:

Reporting to General Manager, the Group Product Manager will be responsible for building marketing strategy for assigned product portfollios of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop yearly/quarterly marketing strategic plan or tactical plan based on profound analysis/understanding about market/competitors/channel/customers/patients
  • Manage closely product/brand performance/activities and regularly review marketing plan to come up with appropriate POA (Plan Of Action) to solve specific issues and to deliver KPIs of the assigned products
  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities
  • Responsible entirely for yearly NPI projects in co-ordination with related internal and external functions to ensure products are launched in the right manner – properly planned and timely executed
  • Implement effectively all marketing initiatives in relevant channels within allocated budget under the brand strategy to achieve yearly business KPIs
  • Work with KOLs/Adboard and medical team in the development of key communication messages for the brand and the all materials directed towards targeted MDs/HCPs
  • Effectively communicate to FF Brand Strategy/Plan Of Action to ensure all brand activities are implemented in the right direction
  • Provide training to FF on brand message/new product functions
  • Agency Management: brief and manage advertising/media/activation agencies to ensure marketing materials/programs to be effectively developed and implemented
  • Budget Control: manage and track effectively marketing budget of the assigned products
  • Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace
  • Responsibilities may also include coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions

To succeed in this role, you must have at least seven years experience in marketing preferably in medical devices industry.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum seven years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • English proficiency is a must with excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic, energetic and enjoy taking on new challenges
