Launch Marketing Manager

A newly created Launch Marketing Manager is just available in a multinational healthcare company.

About the Launch Marketing Manager Role:

Report to Commercial Director, this role will be managing marketing strategy and execution and new product launching of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the company portfolio, develop and execute portfolio strategy as well as manage the pre-launch and launch of process of new products to drive launch performance
• Communication with global team to identify the products for feasibility of Vietnam market
• Portfolio & New product launch management
• Building and maintaining the portfolio for the company in line with business strategy based on market attractiveness, patients and other factors with marketing, regulatory team, global team and other relevant stakeholders
• Agreeing and following up submission plan timelines with headquarter and facilitate the timely development of product
• Maintaining and updating the portfolio database containing market size and regulatory information
• Managing a smooth handover of new product launch to marketing department at launch
• Monitoring and driving launch performance
• Preparation of business cases in close cooperation with global and local stakeholders and preparation of project presentations to the Pipeline Committee Meeting

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least three years of experience in marketing role at Vietnam Pharmaceutical companies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven expertise in similar areas/roles within the pharmaceutical industry (commercial area) is mandatory (3+ years)
• Experienced in an international and cross-functional environment
• Multi-tasking ability to manage/lead multiple projects simultaneously & efficiently
• University degree, preferably in business, economic or Pharmaceutical Science; Masters/MBA is a plus
