(Senior) Marketing Specialist - Medical devices

As a result of ongoing and continued successes both within Vietnam and internationally, this fast-growing multinational company in medical devices industry is recruiting a Senior Marketing Specialist (Manager level) to join the office based in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the (Senior) Marketing Specialist role:

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for branding and support sales to achieve target for one of the most well-known portfolio in diagnostic imaging field of the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible together with sales team for target achievement.
• Review and amendment of technical parameters of bidding.
• Product performance evaluation and competitive product comparison - evaluation for the products which are to be introduced to the market but not launched yet.
• Study and understand local market, develop marketing strategies to the mindray sales forces.
• Collect market information of competitors, agents and end users.
• Collect public market bidding information, analyse information and provide competitive research reports.
• Local laboratory certification document preparation
• KOL& referral hospital development and maintenance：Plan, develop and utilise KOLs in each field；Identify referral hospital decision chains and break through selling.
• Marketing promotion：Plan, develop and execute proper marketing activities；Guide distributor teams’ marketing activities.
• Participate in various exhibitions and seminars, conduct product demonstrations / explanations, promote products and assist in placing orders.
• Market activity support: assist in improving product design and other schemes, design and arrangement of posters and gifts for exhibition promotion products.
• Leading the translation and use of product promotion materials.
• Assist sales and customers to set up demonstration models and exhibition hall, etc.
• Comprehensive empowerment to company’s sales forces, including company’s team and distributor team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Requirements:

• Above three years of experience in ultrasound product extend and technical service
• Knowledge about local healthcare system is a plus
• Master or Bachelor degree and Bio-Medical Engineering background, knows well ultrasound products
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Strong interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication skills and clear logical thinking
• Be able to travel frequently
