Training Manager

An exciting Training Manager job has become available at one of the leading brands in consumer electronics, based in HCMC. Reporting directly to Marketing Director, this is the role for the person who is a leader in their field.

About the Training Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, consumer-oriented, online and offline product training for both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align with product lines, sales and marketing on yearly product launch plan, identify training needs
• Organise training sessions, actively drive training's digitalization
• Conduct surveys, create tests to assess learners
• Follow performance trends, determine learning needs and evaluate learning program's ROI
• Manage and allocate budgets
• Create training materials (presentations, demonstrations, e-learning content, ...)

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in product or sales training, e-training experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Vietnamese and English, and detailed project management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong leadership
• Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change
• Interpersonal skill, planning and organisation skills
• Team player, able to work under pressure
