Product Manager - Home Appliances

An exciting Product Manager job has become available at one of the multinational consumer electronic firms, based in HCMC. Reporting directly to CEO, this is the role for the person who is a leader in their field.

About the Product Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product families to be in line with the company vision and strategies
• Working closely with the factory and R&D Team regarding product developments and align with the Head Quarter overseas
• Develop marketing plan, distribution strategies, purchase planning, forecast, merchandising, marketing budgets, to guide sales team to achieve the targets in line with the company’s vision
• Manage the execution of the approved marketing programs
• Periodically provide reports about the progress of the business (sales performance, margin development, expenses etc.)
• Provide products training to sales force, distributors, and promoters if needed

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Min five years of experience at the similar role, open for FMCG talents
• Technical background is an advantage
• Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong analytic skills required
• High level of integrity and work ethics
• Initiatives, can-do attitude, result-oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Able to work under pressure and time management skill
