Marketing Manager - CHC

An exciting Marketing Manager job has arisen in a leading pharmaceutical firm in Bangkok.

About the Marketing Manager Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening management of brands/portfolio for enhanced business performance in both short and long terms and defining marketing direction, marketing plans & implementation and optimising allocated human and financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide & oversee development of annual marketing plans including product strategy, positioning, pricing strategy and marketing programs
• Responsible for delivery on revenue & marketing spend targets & ensuring quality by focusing on promotions that are consistent with brand equity
• Establish strong network with regional/global marketing organisation to support PM in developing brand/portfolio strategy
• Set up planning, tracking & review systems. Follow through on implementation, track to ensure delivery on budget, if necessary with corrective action plan. Train team in tracking response to major promotion & evaluating efficacy, cost/benefit for key marketing programs
• Guide team in developing knowledge & make informed business decisions on product positioning, market opportunities

To succeed in this role, you must have three to five years of experience in product management in consumer healthcare industry.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in medicine / pharmacy is a plus
• General management experience and strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active approach with focus on adding value to the business
• Good analytic and project management skills
