About the Group Marketing Manager Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Group Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing activities for a nightlife, food & beverage, and retail brands' group in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement and loyalty across all our venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the group
Oversee and maintain consistent branding and messaging across all venues, ensuring they resonate with the target audience
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in executing marketing campaigns effectively
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising to drive online and offline traffic
Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email, and print materials
Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance loyalty, including loyalty programs, CRM, and customer feedback initiatives
Plan and execute promotional events, launches, and special promotions to drive footfall and sales
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the nightlife, F&B, and retail sectors
Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about marketing and retail.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Five years of experience in marketing, with at least two years in a managerial or leadership role
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Strong understanding of the nightlife, F&B, and retail industries in Ho Chi Minh City
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficient in digital marketing techniques and tools
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
