What you'll do:
As a Brand Manager for our client's team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future. Your primary responsibility will be managing all aspects of the product lifecycle from planning to execution. You will work closely with sales, marketing and other support functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Your expertise in managing marketing initiatives will be crucial in driving revenue growth. You will also be responsible for monitoring budgets within set parameters while identifying trends for insights. Your ability to design market research relevant to the therapeutic area will translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
* Manage Marketing Initiatives: Drive marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to meet revenue, sales, profit, and market share goals.
* Budget Oversight: Monitor marketing expenses within budget, analyze financial data, and identify trends for insights.
* Market Research: Design and interpret market research relevant to the therapeutic area, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
* Strategic Planning: Use product, brand, customer, and competitive data to craft and execute marketing plans in alignment with overall strategy.
* Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and the healthcare environment to create compelling messaging.
* Brand Planning: Develop and implement annual brand plans, including objectives, strategies, and promotions.
* Financial Management: Prepare budgets, reports, and forecasts; participate in the annual budget cycle and achieve forecast accuracy and new product KPIs.
* Compliance: Ensure marketing activities meet legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
* Issue Resolution: Address product complaints and suggestions with action plans.
* Business Excellence: Support recertification efforts and uphold business excellence standards.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Brand Manager role brings a wealth of experience in marketing along with a proven track record of success. With at least 5 years of related experience under your belt - including 1 or 2 years in a similar position - you are well-versed in the nuances of the MNC Pharmaceutical industry. Your experience with both OTC and ETC will be invaluable in this role. A university degree is required, along with strong English proficiency.
