What you'll do:
As a Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by executing category financial targets, ensuring excellence in execution of 360 packages at market level, and developing an in-depth understanding of consumers and competitors. You will also be responsible for supporting sell-in and key account pre-line meetings, leading campaign processes, and monitoring market trends. Your commitment to these responsibilities will contribute significantly to the company's growth.
* Execute the category financial targets aligning with SEA guidelines.
* Align the category forecasting process in cooperation with local Sales and planning teams.
* Ensure the execution of accounts sell-out plans.
* Support sales to deliver key account pre-line meetings.
* Lead full campaign process to ensure campaigns are planned & executed properly.
* Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
