What you'll do:

As a Brand Manager, your role revolves around formulating and implementing effective brand and marketing strategies and campaigns, operating under the guidance of the Marketing Director.

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives, collaborating with the marketing director and other relevant departments to achieve commercial goals
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer behaviour, market trends, competitor activities, and retailer perspectives. Provide strategic insights to support brand strategies
  • Brand Planning: Manage brand identity consistency across all communication and marketing materials, and engage with counterparts for knowledge sharing
  • Brand Positioning: Define target audience segmentation for each product and recommend optimal touch points, channels, and activities to drive customer conversion
  • Brand Reputation: Enhance thought leadership through original content creation and participation in industry events
  • 360 Marketing Plans: Develop and execute brand campaigns and initiatives within budget and timeline constraints, collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Medical Unique Selling Points (USPs): Emphasise and maintain the medical assets of relevant brands in communication and marketing efforts
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate resources from the annual brand budget to support marketing objectives
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals, providing regular performance reports and actionable recommendations
  • Project Management: Provide comprehensive briefings for marketing department specialists and ensure cohesive execution to meet brand objectives
  • Team Management: Supervise project managers to ensure adherence to expectations and timely delivery from internal and external teams
  • Digital Direction: Collaborate closely with the digital team to oversee and analyse brand activities on social and digital platforms
  • Directly report to the Marketing Director and adhere to their directions and plans.
  • Fully responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies, with approval required from the Marketing Director.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Director for approval and alignment.
  • Manage the brand team, providing direction and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate independently with all marketing teams and other departments, involving the Marketing Director for approvals and alignments when necessary.

What you bring:

To succeed in this Brand Manager role, you must possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Minimum of three to fiveyears of experience in healthcare or personal care
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate product/portfolio strategy into actionable plans to achieve business objectives
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading teams, collaborating, and influencing without formal authority
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide clarity in complex situations
