Senior Brand Manager (FMCG)

Our client is on a transformative journey, evolving into a global multi-category business with a mission to decrease the health impact of their industry. They are seeking a Senior Brand Manager who is ready to be part of this change. This role plays a key part in brand performance and deploying brand campaign cycles. You will take accountability for new product launches within the brand house, coordinating cross-functions to ensure successful deployment of the product.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our client's brand. Your primary responsibility will be to deploy and evaluate various brand campaigns, including but not limited to new product launches and brand equity campaigns. You will monitor the performance of the brand house using various analytical tools and propose action plans based on your findings. Additionally, you will manage the Graphic Health Warning approach for relevant SKUs throughout the year. Your role also includes handling the budget for the Brand House and facilitating cross-functional meetings to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Deploy and evaluate brand campaigns including new product launches, brand equity campaigns, and product enhancement projects
Monitor brand house performance through market info insight, Brand Health, RA, Sales data analysis, and propose action plans
Manage and propose full year Graphic Health Warning approach by relevant SKUs
Deploy Productivity & Optimization Initiative
Handle budget for Brand House
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and discussions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities for alignment and efficiency


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Brand Manager position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in brand portfolio management. You understand fundamental principles of managing brands and portfolios, and can independently analyze various sources of internal and external data to provide actionable insights. Your deep understanding of the Vietnam retail landscape enables you to design and implement effective brand campaigns. You have a strategic understanding of market dynamics, economic indicators, and global trends. Your master stakeholder management skills allow you to navigate complex landscapes and build strategic relationships.

Understanding of fundamental brand & portfolio management principles
Ability to analyze various sources of internal & external data to provide actionable insights
Knowledge of Vietnam retail landscape
Ability to design & implement effective brand campaigns / shopper marketing campaigns
Strategic understanding of market dynamics, economic indicators, and global trends
Master stakeholder management skills
Leadership during cross functional interactions
Minimum 5-year experience in Trade Marketing in a sizeable FMCG company
