What you'll do:
As Product Manager – Medical Devices based in Ho Chi Minh, you will play a central role in driving the success of a diverse product portfolio through strategic marketing initiatives tailored for Vietnam. - Lead and implement cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, revenue growth, and profitability objectives for the Vietnamese market.
- Transform customer insights, product features, and benefits into world-class marketing campaigns by identifying buyer journeys and key target audiences.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities including planning launches, supporting field teams, and collaborating with regulatory, supply chain, and finance functions.
- Develop deep product knowledge to become a subject matter expert on products, competitors, clinical applications, and scientific topics
- Plan, organise, and represent the organisation at major local events such as trade shows, conferences, user group meetings, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
- Support field teams by providing expert guidance on product positioning and competitor analysis while ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive documents, presentations, and reports in both Vietnamese and English for communication with regional and global stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements throughout all stages of product management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions that strengthen the organisation’s market position.
- Travel within territory or locations as required (approximately 30%), maintaining an acceptable driving record while handling equipment up to 12kg.

- A minimum of five years’ experience in product management or marketing
- Comprehensive understanding of laboratory practices, and local regulatory requirements is necessary.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is vital for effective communication with regional/global stakeholders; document preparation skills in both languages are expected.
- Proven track record managing product launches from conception through execution including organising conferences and overseeing full product lifecycle activities.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time within assigned territories or locations; must possess a valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.
- Physical capability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 12kg (27lbs) as needed during field activities or event participation.
- Experience preparing detailed presentations/reports for diverse audiences using clear written/verbal communication skills is highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to business planning roles involving increasing levels of responsibility would be advantageous for this position.
- Point-of-care or pathology laboratory experience along with MBA or postgraduate marketing qualifications would be considered beneficial.
