What you'll do:
As a Product Marketing Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of commercial IT products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, logistics—and external partners such as agencies and vendors. You will be instrumental in forecasting demand, analysing market trends, developing pricing strategies that keep products ahead of competitors, delivering impactful training sessions to internal teams, maintaining strong distributor relationships, preparing insightful sales reports for senior management, managing inventory levels effectively, and supporting material planning initiatives. * Manage the full product line lifecycle by overseeing strategic planning and executing tactical activities that drive commercial success.
* Guide and co-operate with partners to forecast demand accurately and place purchase orders on time by understanding the product roadmap.
* Analyse customer needs and market trends to identify product plans that align with business requirements and generate new sales opportunities.
* Develop competitive product pricing strategies by evaluating specifications, design features, market segments, price points, and channel incentives.
* Deliver engaging product training sessions to sales, marketing, customer service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone has up-to-date information.
* Maintain effective working relationships with existing distributors and channel partners to foster trust and mutual growth.
* Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly product sales reports for the Business Head to support informed decision-making.
* Control aging inventory levels and manage clearance processes efficiently to optimise stock turnover.
* Review material planning and monitor inventory closely to ensure alignment with company targets and operational goals.
* Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager to support broader business objectives.
What you bring:

* Minimum five years’ experience in a similar position or related field within IT product management or commercial project sales.
* Comprehensive understanding of IT products such as laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals as well as experience in marketing notebooks, desktops, digital displays, projectors, workstations, servers, IT solutions and IoT technologies.
* Proven track record in commercial sales or project sales with demonstrable results in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
* Familiarity with product management principles including supply chain management (SCM), sales operations and marketing best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese enabling you to connect with diverse stakeholders.
* Advanced negotiation abilities coupled with strong planning and forecasting skills that support collaborative decision-making processes.
* Logical thinking combined with a sense of ownership over projects while maintaining a positive approach towards challenges.
* Ability to work well with people across departments by anticipating workload impacts sensitively and responding constructively to issues as they arise.
* Capacity to perform under high pressure within fast-moving environments while remaining dependable and considerate towards colleagues.
