Responsibilities:

• Provide training and support to customers, ensuring effective use of products.
• Organize clinical demonstrations, installations, and post-sales support.
• Advise on workflow design for various clinical environments (ICU, OR, ER).
• Collaborate with clients to ensure safe and appropriate product configurations.
• Identify growth opportunities and support sales teams in achieving targets.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences during training sessions.
• Plan and execute projects in line with customer expectations.
• Stay updated on clinical practices, technology, and market trends.
• Develop marketing materials and maintain training documentation.
  

Profile:

• Solid experience in clinical healthcare with a strong understanding of medical environments, particularly hospitals.
• Proficient in English as the primary working language.
