Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business outcomes. This role involves managing brand plans, collaborating across teams, and leveraging insights to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic and operational marketing plans to achieve brand objectives.
  • Manage brand P&L in alignment with company goals.
  • Create and execute promotional tactics, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, legal, compliance) to develop impactful materials.
  • Analyze market research and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including websites, email campaigns, and other channels to enhance customer engagement.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; science background preferred.
  • 3–5 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 1 year in marketing or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills within matrix organizations.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
