Field Force Assistant Manager

About the Field Force Assistant Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business sections, delivering the highest quality service alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sell-out performance in the South of the assigned product categories
• In charge of training, allocate tasks, manage performance of the promoter team
• Develop the promoter team’s career paths including incentives scheme and promotion progress
• Manage visual merchandise at partners’ stores
• Work closely with sales team to implement promotion programs at specific areas to maximise the sales
• Analyse market research and report directly to BOD
• Cooperate with other stakeholders on daily basis to get work done

To succeed in this job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with management teams, and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working at the similar role, either in consumer electronics or FMCG
• Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Strong leadership skills, problem solving skills
• High sense of responsibility, high adaptability
• Willing for business trip
