An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Trade Marketing Head in one of the prestigious FMCG firms. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Director, this is a leadership role for an experienced professional who will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness across the Asia region.
About the Regional Trade Marketing Head Role:
In this role, you will take charge of designing and executing both short and long-term intelligent in-store display transformations in line with global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide organisational focus, resources, and deployment pace within Asia to optimise the company’s profitability and sales and customers
Enhance consumer engagement by linking product categories visions to in-store/online priorities
Develop metrics for quantifying opportunities in Asian markets. Identify investments to drive profitable growth through improved in-store compliance
Engage and influence key cross-functional stakeholders throughout design and deployment
Collaborate with local team leaders to align programs with market priorities while pursuing scalability and consistency
Maintain close collaboration with the global team and foster strong partnerships with digital technology for digital solutions and implementation
Inspire the team through training and tool creation
Regularly evaluate and enhance execution capabilities by working closely with local champions and sales teams
Actively participate in the global community, representing Asia's needs and best practices. Incorporate external best practices when relevant
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
More than 10 years experience in the same position or other store/shopper execution roles
Knowledgeable about the market and consumers' behaviour
Experience in managing transformations and change.
Skilled in managing complex organisations and people-related problems, and have the ability to work efficiently with individuals at different levels of the organisation
Able to coach senior leaders and associates with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Analytical background with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
Resilient, focused on solutions, and persistent.
