How Asian companies can attract and retain international talents
Robert Walters Vietnam has launched a new whitepaper titled “How to attract and retain the right talent to grow your business internationally” as a guide for Asian companies. It gathers the views of more than 5,000 HR professionals, hiring managers and candidates working in Asian and Western companies across Mainland China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.
According to the whitepaper, 40% of Asian companies plan to increase their international talent headcount in the next 12 months. This increasing demand has resulted in more challenges to attract and retain these human resources.
Adrien Bizouard, Country Manager, Robert Walters Vietnam has shared the key findings from the survey with the media, explaining the reasons why international talents leave Asian companies. He stressed that Asian companies should look to gain insights from their international talent so as to develop better recruitment and retention strategies in the future. Engaging a specialist recruitment agency, in particular, one which operates globally, can also be a good solution for Asian businesses looking to expand their global footprint.
