About the BDM ( CNC, Cutting, Machine tools) Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for sales task in assigned areas to achieve target for project sectors and manage dealers as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account management identify new opportunities to win project sectors to increase the project pipelines
• Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients such as client in automation, electronics, medical, automotive, aerospace
• Build up sales team and marketing activities and long term strategy
• Become Managing Director's successor if having proven track record

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager in the region, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least seven years experiences with proven track record in machinery industry with team management experience. Must possess knowledge about big machine such as CNC, metal cutting machine, laser cutting machine, measuring equipment
• Extended network with clients in automation, electronics, medical, automotive, aerospace
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
