Sales Manager

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Sales Manager (manage Vietnam market) . In this job, you will work and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Senior Sales Manager Role:

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and monitor the achievement of goals by all sales activities to ensure the area's budgets for orders received, sales, expenses and profitability are me
• Lead the sales team in an area for the entire selling process of identifying customers, creating demand and capturing orders by building relationships and formulating product and service solutions and specifications based on customer's needs
• Liaise with the Country Manager/ Cluster Business Leader on the sales strategy into the country sales strategy by breaking down strategic objectives into initiatives and activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Degree in engineering-oriented studies preferably mechatronics, electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering; Good in English
• Years of experience: at least 10 years working experience, priority for working experience in foreign companies. Minimum two years in Sales Manager position
• Experience in automation, industrial machinery, pneumatic, hydraulics is a must
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
