Sales Specialist (Digital Automation)

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for Sales Specialist (Digital Automation) (HCM). In this job, you will work and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Sales Specialist Role:

This position is mainly responsible for performing business development activities in South of Vietnam, focusing on industrial solutions- Industrial communications and networking product lines. This position requires understanding and ability to propose system architecture to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to reach out to new prospective customers and/or industries
• Provide consultative sales support to external partners (Distributors, OEM, SI ) relative to industrial communication & networking products and solutions
• Provides input into the product development requirements for new products or enhancing existing products or product lines
• Conducts/organises cross functional activities related to training, documentation, tools, sales, marketing, services

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least six working years of relevant experience background to the degree (Electrical or Automation)
• Candidate must have sales and technical experience and basic knowledge of industrial automation solution sets and architectures. Ability to discuss the basic components of an automation system: PLC, HMI, SCADA or DCS.
• Strong leadership, organisational and planning capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong focus in providing customer-oriented service
• Self-motivated, self-driven, excellent English and travelling is a must
