Key Account Sales (HCM)

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for Key Account Sales (HCM). In this job, you will work and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Key Account Sales (HCM) Role:

This position is mainly responsible for performing sales activities in a specified region/ assigned vertical F&B customers for the portfolio of a unit in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus channel: territory/ channel/industries- especially F&B customer
• Identifies and develops new channels and customers/gaining market share
• Candidate must have sales and technical experience and basic knowledge of industrial automation solution sets and architectures. Ability to discuss the basic components of an automation system: PLC, HMI, SCADA, Sensor or DCS.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least five working years of relevant experience background to the degree (Electrical or Automation is a must)
• Prior experience in project sales for F&B customer
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong focus in providing customer-oriented service
• Self-motivated, self-driven, excellent English and travelling is a must
