Export Sales Manager

One of the leading customizable, modular furniture company is looking for a Export Sales Manager in HCM city. They are looking for a strong Export Sales Manager to strengthen the brand position in the customizable furniture market in Canada, the US, Europe, . In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Export Sales Manager (Furniture) Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing business in adjustable, modular furniture in the industrial market in the US, Canada, Europe. You will also take a lead in providing direction to all sales-related activities to your sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business in smart home furniture oversea market. The portfolio includes works of supply wooding furniture, chairs, sofa for the export market
• Responsible for sales in assigned areas to achieve sales targets for project sectors
• Capable of providing technical assistance and product information to the customer
• Capable to identify new opportunities to win project sectors to increase the project pipelines

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior managers, well-manage subordinates within an internal matrix; coordinate with the sales and service team in Vietnam.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate should preferably possess an Economics, Business, Designing degree
• Candidate should have a start-up mindset to accompanying with the company
• Preferably 10 years of related sales and working experiences with a proven track record within the building and construction, furniture sales
• Extended network with furniture manufacturing factory, wood supply
• Demanding travel at least 2 days per week to Binh Duong factory (currently do not have transportation from the company site)
• Problem-solving, initiative, possess excellent communication & coordination skills. Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
