An exciting opportunity of Business Director for a leading media site in automotive is available in Ho Chi Minh city.
About the Business Director Role:
The Business Director will be responsible for overseeing the sales department and driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Set and review budgets and managing cost
- Oversee inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout
- Manage buy & sell car department and control KPI of team
- Analyse the vehicle market, learn new trends and suggest product improvement ideas
- Conduct product performance evaluation after deployment; Planning to improve and upgrade the product
- Receive projects, new requirements arising from the sales, operations, marketing departments, from the company's leadership
- Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
- Make reports to Managing Director and BOD
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in commerce/marketing/business management or equivalent
- Good command of English
- At least three to five years in operation and sales, relevant experience in the E-commerce and car industry
- Experience in both general trade and modern trade, in formulating sales strategies, strategic planning and execution
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build collaborative relationships
- Ability to influence and motivate others
- Analytical and planning skills: define potentials/issues, setting objectives, strategies and action plan;
- Excellent organisational skills with an entrepreneurial focus
- Pro-active with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical and business problems
