An acknowledged global synthetic leather manufacturer is looking for a Sales Director based in Ben Tre.
About the Sales Director (Synthetic Leather) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining good business relations with key decision-makers of active clients and establish new client potential to grow the business profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define applications, markets, customers, and segments the company should grow profitably
- Develop a business plan with tactics, measures, and milestones for successful market development and align with global business management
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature and evaluate participation in exhibitions and related events.
- Manage both key accounts, develop new potential customers establish/maintain a professional business relationship
- Lead the sales team to success in a professional way and under the company’s procedure
- Maximise business opportunities for potential customers in designated areas to maximise the sales volume
To succeed in this Sales Director (Synthetic Leather) role, you must have the ability to articulate strategies and lead effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Five years or more of successful selling experience at the position of Sales manager
- Proficient in English both speaking and written
- Experience in synthetic leather for footwear, accessories and clothing
- Good leadership skills to manage sales department
- Strong in systematic/continuous relationship-building and networking
- Good business sense, hunting spirit, strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Proactive mindset, self-driven, initiative, persuasive, assertive and willingness for frequent travelling
