Marketing Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity of Marketing Operations Manager for a leading F&B company is available in Ho Chi Minh city.

About the Marketing Operations Manager Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an up-to-date, integrated marketing operations calendar, capturing all key events, meeting, report dates for each marketing function (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Operations Calendar Execution – ensuring meeting agendas are aligned and issued ahead, with pre-read materials, that meetings are conducted on time, notes taken, actions issued, follow ups done
• Integrated Marketing Budget Management – ensuring an up-to-date rolling 12 month budget in place, with costs being tracked (and performance measured with support of Marketing Finance)
• Operations Calendar kept up-to-date, to high quality, aligned with key stakeholders
• Calendar Execution happening on time, to quality, with follow through by key stakeholders
• Budget allocations kept up-to-date, with cost and performance tracking also up-to-date, to high quality

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Five years of increasingly senior marketing or operations related experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant, F&B, or FMCG businesses
• Breadth of experience across broad range of marketing activity, project management, budgeting management
• Proven track record of collaboration, time management, leading and supporting others to success
• Project management
• Annual planning, integrated calendar management
• Budget management, tracking, analysis
• Financial statements, marketing ROI
• Various marketing functions – what they do, why, how
• Strong leadership, project management, critical thinking, people skills
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Ability to build trust and influence broad range of stakeholders – internal, external
• Strong Vietnamese & English language skills
• Results focused – ability to deliver in high pressure environment
• Agile and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
