Senior Sales Engineer

An exciting Senior Sales Engineer job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the Senior Sales Engineer Role:

In this role, you will perform scoping and plant surveys to understand the customer requirement and provide the solution to save thermal energy and fuel.

Key Responsibilities:

• To propose engineering solutions to the customers and in the process, sell steam products such as steam Traps, condensate recovery systems, hot water generators, control valves, steam flow meters, etc.
• To make survey report for -trap selection, good engineering practices, trap leakage and submit the proposal with payback
• To perform plant scoping
• To fill the industrial database and study the existing steam generation, steam distribution , process steam utility, Condensate recovery and make proposals for energy improvement with pay back calculation
• To make techno-commercial proposals and strive to get it converted into business prospect
• To visit customers every week – 8-10 customers in a week
• Offer generation – 4 offers in a week

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.( Mechanical / Thermal / Chemical )
• Auto CAD basic knowledge
• Market knowledge
• Previous experience as Sales Engineer two to six years. You will have an advantage if you possess:
• Competence to do steam trap / plant survey
• Know of Basic Steam Engineering
• Have an existing customer base in the food and beverage industries (at least 30 customers )
• If you are a go-getter with excellent communication skills and are a good team player, you surely fit the profile.
