Sales Manager- Plastic machinery (HCM)

One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for Sales Manager (HCM). In this job, you will work and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Sales Manager Role:

This position is mainly responsible for performing business development activities in South of Vietnam, focusing on industrial equipment and solutions in the segments of flexible & rigid plastic packaging. This position requires understanding of extrusion machines, polyme background and ability to propose system architecture to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new accounts and cultivate existing accounts within territory assigned, supporting existing customers, identifying new opportunities
• Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions in the a.m. segments to existing and prospective customers in the South of Vietnam
• Analysing and developing the customer base including segmentation, identifying potentials and specific needs

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least six working years of relevant experience engineering background to the degree (or industry-base equivalent)
• Minimum five years of sales experience in the industry especially with plastics topic. Technical knowledge and experiences with extrusion machines, polyme background will be preferred
• Self-motivated, self-driven, excellent English- training by English and travelling is a must
• Strategically thinking and planning
