Sales Manager (Plastic Injection Molding Machine)

One of the leading plastic injection molding machine company in Europe is seeking a top talent for the Sales Manager position.

About the Sales Manager Role:

The Sales Manager position will report to the Business Head while managing 9 technical team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop business in plastic injection molding market
• Capable of providing technical assistance and product information to the customer
• Capable to identify new opportunities to win project sectors to increase the project pipelines
• Build a proactive, strategic relationships throughout all levels of our customer’s organisation to create an intimate knowledge of each customer’s direction, focus, priorities, and related market trends
• Monitor market and competitor activities

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Vietnamese candidate with an excellent command of English
• Candidate should preferably possess an Engineering bachelor
• Problem-solving, Initiative, possess excellent communication & coordination skills. Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
• At least two years' experience of successful selling plastic injection machines or related equipment’s (including tooling) in Vietnam and other B2C, B2B Industrial sales such as packaging machinery, molding, robots, metal stamping/pressing machine, automotive related machinery
• Fully autonomous individual used to work in small structures (with the support of a global group).
• Preferably male, age range between 35 to 45 years old
