Account Manager - Water Treatment (North)

A global market leader in chemicals industry is looking for Account Manager to join its industry leading sales team.

About the Account Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales activities in existing customer base and in assigned accounts, to meet profit increase goals
• Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend solutions and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in customers, including plant or facility executives
• Working with consultants and designing companies to get the information about new industrial projects to be invested in Vietnam
• Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges and complaints
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels
• Actively sell and support company’s innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with the company

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
• Technical sales or field sales support experience
• At least five years' experience in selling any products to power plant, steel plant and mining
