The hiring company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team to expand our business in the Vietnam market.
About the Sales Manager (HCMC) Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth for our electronic components (transformers, switches, actuators), HVAC controls, and automotive relays product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the Vietnam market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products and services
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum five years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic components (transformers, switches, actuators), HVAC controls, or automotive industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
