We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts in the industrial and healthcare sectors.
About the Account Manager Role:
Reporting to the Sales Director for safety division, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the industrial and healthcare sectors (PPE, oxygen mask, gas detectors).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels of the organisation
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Minimum three to five years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or healthcare industry
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as required
