About the B2B Key Account Manager Role:
Our Education Tech client is seeking an experienced B2B Key Account Manager to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the revenue of the existing portfolio of clients. This role requires a strong key account management background and ideally an understanding of the education technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Build the team from scratch
Create processes to meet business requirements
Identify and pursue opportunities to up sell products and services to clients
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our offerings are aligned with client needs
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system
To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about key account management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Five years of experience in B2B Key Account Management, preferably in the technology industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
