About the Account Manager Role:
In this role you will be responsible for sales activities for Vietnam market. You will also plan, conduct and evaluate all project field sales activities in order to promote and support the company brand name in the assigned project market and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at attaining sales objectives within the projects sector
Establish and nurture relationships with influential decision-makers in the construction industry
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to formulate and implement effective sales plans
Identify opportunities by engaging with architects, contractors, and other professionals in the industry
Offer technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
Coordinate closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with team, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Extensive experience of at least seven years in project sales, preferably within the building materials industry
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient understanding of building materials and construction techniques
