About this Business Development Manager Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be a pivotal link between your clients and the business. They are looking for a professional with experience in the ads and media industry, account management, and ideally, some experience in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the media and gaming sectors
identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the advertising space
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience, and work with internal teams to develop tailored advertising strategies
Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and meeting or exceeding client expectations
Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company
Stay updated on industry trends, especially in the gaming sector, and share relevant insights with clients to enhance their advertising strategies
Identify opportunities to expand services and up-sell or cross-sell additional advertising solutions to clients
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in advertising or marketing are a plus
Minimum three years of experience in the ads and media industry
Proven experience in business development, with a track of driving sales and expanding portfolios
Familiarity with the gaming industry, with prior experience being a strong advantage
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to provide valuable insights to clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Vietnamese and English
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a commitment to achieving client success
Proficiency with advertising platforms, data analysis tools, and project management software
