Our client who is one of the leading manufacturing machinery company is looking for a Technical Sales Manager/Service in HCMC.
About the Technical Sales Manager Role:
Reporting to Vice President, After Sales, you will analyse customer's technical assignments in coordination with technical office other departments in order to define the most competitive solutions for each project.
Collect all the information, including inquiring external suppliers, needed to define the cost of the offer
Prepare, present and negotiate technical and commercial offers
Define and promote new products or services and calculate their commercial impact analysing market trends
Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and understanding their requirements
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Comply with all the company policies and procedures according to the assigned role
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Engineer with a strong technical background willing to challenge him/herself in a After Sales / Technical Service Dept. role
Taking advantage of the previous experiences the person will be able to manage customer relations at a high level, promoting the company products and services with credibility and impact
The international context of the company, such as of the customers and suppliers, completes the highly qualifying characteristics of this position
Preferred Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Automation)
At least three years’ experience in technical area (operations, maintenance, technology, engineering) within steel related manufacturing companies
Experience in commercial or purchasing area or other experience implying relations with suppliers and/or contractors including technical or commercial contract negotiation
