About the Tik Tok Key Account Manager Role:
Leadership of the store management for designated brands on TikTok. Collaborate closely with brand teams to implement strategies and uphold superior service quality to ensure customer contentment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management of designated brands' presence on TikTok stores. Collaborate closely with brand teams to implement strategies and uphold exceptional service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction
Devise, blueprint, and execute digital marketing strategies for campaign launches. Collaborate with brand teams to formulate comprehensive action plans for successful execution, revenue maximisation, and profit enhancement
Hold responsibility for crafting TikTok-appropriate promotional campaigns. Work alongside the brand and content teams to create fitting content that effectively showcases brands on TikTok
Foster partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to orchestrate impactful affiliate marketing initiatives. Oversee both in-house TikTok live streams and those conducted by affiliates
Maintain a synergistic relationship with the logistics operations team to ensure timely inventory inbound and order shipments
Facilitate the onboarding process for assigned brands on TikTok, encompassing product listing and campaign registration
Monitor and analyse competitor product sales, offering valuable insights to the brand team to facilitate informed business decisions
Review and align current strategic plans with the brand team, establishing resource allocation strategies and implementing targeted approaches in line with specific requirements
Take charge of weekly and monthly reporting, including profit and loss analysis. Develop performance metrics to gauge the TikTok channel's health
Fulfil any other duties as assigned by top management
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Over three years of key account manager experience
Strong experience with eCom marketplace channel management
Good at English (speaking & writing)
Highly analytical. Proficient in business presentation
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
