What you'll do:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales, marketing, and full operations in Vietnam. You will have the opportunity to grow the brand and business targeting high growth in Vietnam. Your daily routine will involve handling sales enquiries from local partners and key stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador, working as part of the regional team towards achieving long-term growth for Vietnam, and managing CRM updates regularly. You will also be responsible for establishing relationships with local channel partners to ensure a sustainable long-term partnership.

  • Handle day-to-day sales and technical enquiries from local partners and key stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on sales and market situations
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and products
  • Work collaboratively with the regional team towards achieving long-term growth for Vietnam
  • Manage CRM updates regularly
  • Establish sustainable long-term partnerships with local channel partners
  • Secure potential projects by establishing relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, architects, designers, and hotel operators
  • Lead Channel Partner annual business planning, quarterly reviews, and regular opportunity management
  • Oversee all primary logistics and service issues for the market in collaboration with our CS team


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Area Sales Manager position brings more than five years of experience in sales and channel partner management within luxury brands. You should have at least three years of management experience under your belt. Key skills include strategic orientation, stakeholder management, integrity, agility, and managerial courage. A good understanding of the Vietnam market structure and distribution/service network is essential. Proficiency in English and the local language is required. An extensive network with developers, architects, designers, and hotel operators will be a significant advantage.

  • Minimum of five years experience in sales and channel partner management with luxury brands
  • At least three years of management experience
  • Proven competencies such as strategic orientation, stakeholder management, integrity, agility, and managerial courage
  • Knowledge of Vietnam market structure and distribution/service network functioning
  • Good command of English and local language
  • Extensive network with developers, architects, designers, and hotel operators
