Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. With a focus on Mandarin speaking customers in Vietnam, this role requires proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, focusing particularly on Mandarin speaking customers. You will be expected to achieve or exceed the sales plan according to the business strategy, while also building, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your role will involve managing receivables and monitoring credit performance within the agreed business guidelines. You will coordinate all activities at Chinese customer by various interests and manage first line response on technical inquiries from these customers. Additionally, you will provide a 0 – 18 months forecast on a monthly basis.

  • Achieve or exceed sales plan according to business strategy
  • Build, develop and maintain good customer relationships
  • Manage receivables and monitor credit performance within business guidelines
  • Coordinate all activities at Mandarin speaking customers by various interests

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Key Account Manager position brings a wealth of skills and experience to the table. You are proficient in both Mandarin and English, both verbally and written. You have the ability to manipulate and manage marketing information using PC equivalent related software. Your background includes local sales or sales management experience, as well as application experience in both textile dyes and chemicals. You understand financial impacts and have at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the textile industry and textile chemicals industry.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin language and English - verbal and written
  • Ability to manipulate and manage marketing information using PC equivalent related software
  • Local sales or sales management experience
  • Application experience in both textile dyes and chemicals
  • Understanding of financial impacts
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in sales or marketing of the textile industry and textile chemicals industry
