Our client is seeking a Group Key Account Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. What you'll do:
As a Group Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's success. You will be tasked with developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's long-term goals. Your ability to analyze market trends will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities. You will also be responsible for training key accounts in product knowledge and business knowledge. Your leadership skills will come into play as you counsel top key accounts on how to re-qualify, build strong businesses, and qualify for Sales Incentive schemes. Additionally, you will organize rewarding trips, recognition events, and rallies to motivate distributors.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans, programs, activations, and budgets aligning with long-term business goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales trends and evaluate performance against targets.
- Train and support key accounts in product knowledge and business knowledge.
- Counsel top key accounts on how to re-qualify, build strong businesses, and qualify for Sales Incentive scheme.
- Conduct education programs on rules of conduct and ethics.
- Organize rewarding trips, recognition events, and rallies to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit and develop a qualified and engaged team.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Group Key Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Sales or Key Account Management. With at least 8 years of experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in strategic business planning, data analysis, and informed decision making. Your leadership abilities are evident from your past roles where you have successfully managed teams. You are an effective partnership builder with influential communication skills. Your adaptability allows you to navigate change with ease. You are an expert communicator, fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
- At least 8 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management.
- At least 3 years in leadership positions with strong experience in people management & leadership skills.
- Experience in FMCG or B2B Sales Management is advantageous.
