An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager in the field of Industrial Real Estate. This role is based in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh, where you will be at the forefront of one of Asia's fastest-growing markets. The company is a leading global player with strategic alliances with industry leaders across manufacturing, e-commerce, and logistics.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager in Industrial Real Estate, your role will be multifaceted and integral to the company's success. You will gather warehouse demands, formulate rental proposals, and build strong networks within the industry. Your keen understanding of market trends will guide your team's sales plan and strategy. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside the Marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promote our warehouses. Additionally, you'll partner with the Investment team on land acquisition proposals and assist the construction team in designing warehouse buildings.

  • Gather warehouse demands and work on rental proposals for various companies
  • Build and maintain networks with property agents, logistics associations, industry fellows
  • Carry out industry research and bring insights to team to formulate sales plan and strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop sales materials and promote warehouses
  • Work closely with Investment team on land acquisition proposals; construction team on warehouse building design

What you bring:

As an ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience from the real estate/logistics/supply chain sector. Your outgoing personality coupled with your sales mindset makes you a natural fit for this role. You have built a strong network within the logistics warehouse and e-commerce industry which will be invaluable in this position. Your self-driven nature, passion for your work, and ability to multitask effectively sets you apart from others. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is crucial for this role. Your proven negotiation skills and excellent client relationship management abilities are key to your success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of 5-year experience working in real estate/ logistics/supply chain
  • Outgoing personality with a sales mindset
  • Strong network in logistics warehouse, and e-commerce industry
  • Self-driven and passionate
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • High level written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
