What you'll do:

As a Technical Account Manager - Coating, your role will be pivotal in developing business and providing technical service within assigned industries. You will be responsible for building strategies that promote sustainable growth while maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your role will involve creating sales plans aimed at achieving budget targets, providing comprehensive technical guidance, and executing line trials. You will also play a key role in supporting new technology trials, launching innovative products, conducting market intelligence, and understanding customer needs.

  • Develop business and handle technical service for coatings in the assigned industries.
  • Build and execute strategies for sustainable business growth.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with customers.
  • Create and implement sales plans to achieve sales budgets and target margins.
  • Provide comprehensive technical guidance to customers.
  • Organise and execute line trials for customers.
  • Support the trial of new technologies and facilitate the launch of innovative products.
  • Conduct market intelligence to understand customer needs.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Technical Account Manager - Coating role will bring a wealth of experience in sales and technical service, preferably within the coatings industries. You should hold a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, coupled with at least five years' experience in a similar role. Your ability to adapt to different working principles of various customers will be crucial, as well as your proficiency in solving technical issues efficiently. Strong teamwork spirit, a sense of ownership, along with excellent English communication skills are essential.

  • Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales and technical service.
  • Experience handling coating materials and applications.
  • Good knowledge of coatings’ materials and processing.
  • Ability to adapt to different working principles of different customers.
  • Ability to solve technical issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English communication both verbal and written.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and a strong sense of ownership.
