This role offers the opportunity to lead new grade omologations with perspective customers, contribute to the development of pricing strategy and service offering for the region, and execute sales activities on allocated markets in Asia and Europe. What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a sustainable customer base for PP and PE. You will identify new market opportunities for new grades through close interaction with potential customers. Building strong long-term partnerships with key accounts will be crucial to your success. Your role will also involve maintaining efficient internal cross-functional and external communication. You will execute sales activities on allocated markets in Asia & Europe, including value selling, product promotion, key account management, product testing and technical issues resolution, price negotiation and demand forecasting.

- Build up strong long term partnerships with acquired key accounts by demonstrating the highest standard of professionalism an integrity
- Maintain efficient internal cross-functional and external communication
- Execute and implement sales activities for PP and PE on allocated markets in Asia and Europe, including value selling, product promotion, key account management, product testing and technical issues resolution, price negotiation and demand forecasting
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position will have a BS or higher in Sales/International Business or Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related Science/Engineering Degree. They should possess a high level of technical knowledge and understanding of industrial machinery, latest technologies and best practices in related fields. Fluency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is desirable. A minimum of 7 years' experience in business development or sales of PP and PE in international market is essential. The successful candidate will also have a wide network of contacts among PP and PE end-users and regional traders.
