Key Account Manager (Medical Devices - Consumables)
The Key Account Manager will work with the Business Manager to manage high-impact sales opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive critical processes within the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals and healthcare centers in HCMC and Eastern provinces.
- Proactively address customer needs, resolve service challenges, and deliver tailored solutions through holistic solution selling.
- Drive demand-generation activities, achieve sales targets, and manage detailing calls and funnel performance.
- Lead distributor relationships, train sales teams, and oversee product specification, bidding, contracts, and post-sales services.
- Provide market insights, analyze trends, and contribute to sales forecasting for long-term planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/account management within healthcare or medical consumables.
- Strong knowledge of hospital tender processes and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English; ability to travel frequently.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, and account planning skills.
