About the Retail Leasing Director Role:

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the new business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for leading the entire Retail Department with all Retail service
• Deal with top retailers in term of negotiation, business development
• Manage a team and make sure that they meet all target and company expectation
• Manage the leasing process from conducting targeted retailer list, contacting potential tenants to organising preliminary meetings
• Develop the retail data base within different categories of retailers

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.

Key requirements:

• University graduated in marketing or business administration preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conversant in working cross-culturally
• Self driven, self disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Willing to travel frequently
