An exciting Sales Manager, Food & Water job has just become available at one of the world leaders in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling based in Hanoi. Reporting directly to the Chief Rep., this is a role for a technical sales with proven track records in capital equipment for food & water industry.
About the Sales Manager, Food & Water Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in the assigned market.
- Ensure a strong presence of company in the Prepared Foods & Beverages (70%), and HFT (Heat Food Transfer) in South (30%)
- Responsible for marketing and sales of company technology and products in the above market areas
- Seek and develop a network of alliances as well as system builders, contractors in the above market areas
- Coordinate with Hub / Regional / Central Teams for market and product strategies
- Prepare forecast, strategic plan and implement it to achieve company’s sales targets and leadership in the focus market areas
- Visit customers to present company food systems & core products to get / create customer’s needs / inquiries
- Make the design / sizing and selling of company heat exchangers within food industry
- Coordinate with hub / regional / central persons for modules / systems / projects sales, within assigned business area
- Prepare / send quotations to customers
- Contracts negotiation
To succeed in the Sales Manager, Food & Water job, you must have engineering background and sales experience of capital equipment to Food & Water industries.
- University graduate in engineering background (preferable in chemical, mechanical or food engineering), graduated from Hanoi (or Ho Chi Minh City) Polytechnic University is preferable
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of equipment / systems in food industry in foreign companies. Preferably, person who has proven sales record in the above market areas
- Strong influential and networking skills
- Fluent communication in English
- Sales and results oriented
- Strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently
- High ethical standards
- Sales discipline / management
